Roles & Responsibilities
- Develops a business plan and sales strategy for the market to ensures achievement of company sales goals, distribution and profitability
- Responsible for Target setting by Brand, Family, Customer & salesman to ensure that all staff have clear targets & objectives
- Responsible for the performance and development of the Account Executives and to ensure work efficiency and to Provides timely feedback to senior management regarding performance
- Ensure Products listing & Distribution on time & in line with Brand Principal Direction to gain more market share
- Conducts regular coaching and analysis with Account Executives to build motivation and selling
- Control credit limit per customer & ensure collection on time

Qualifications:
