Roles & Responsibilities 

  • Develops a business plan and sales strategy for the market to ensures achievement of company sales goals, distribution and profitability
  • Responsible for Target setting by Brand, Family, Customer & salesman to ensure that all staff have clear targets & objectives
  • Responsible for the performance and development of the Account Executives and to ensure work efficiency and to Provides timely feedback to senior management regarding performance
  • Ensure Products listing & Distribution on time & in line with Brand Principal Direction to gain more market share
  • Conducts regular coaching and analysis with Account Executives to build motivation and selling
  • Control credit limit per customer & ensure collection on time

Qualifications: 

·         Bachelor Degree in Business Management or Equivalent 

·         Experience 4-5 years in sales management or Marketing Management 

·         Excellent Presentation and Negotiation Skills, Building effective Team,
