Responsibilities:
1. Strategic HR Leadership:
- Develop and execute HR strategies and initiatives that support the organization's strategic goals aligned with governmental entities.
- Collaborate with the executive team to align HR efforts with business objectives and drive organizational success.
- Provide strategic guidance and recommendations on talent management, organizational design, and workforce planning.
2. Talent Acquisition and Management:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment and talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent.
- Oversee the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring a positive employee experience.
- Implement talent management programs, including performance management, succession planning, and career development.
3. Employee Relations and Engagement:
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes employee engagement, satisfaction, and productivity.
- Develop and implement employee relations strategies and programs to maintain positive relations within the organization.
- Oversee employee communication initiatives, ensuring effective channels for feedback, recognition, and employee voice.
4. Compensation and Benefits:
- Develop and manage compensation and benefits programs that attract, motivate, and retain high-performing employees.
- Ensure compensation practices are competitive, fair, and aligned with industry standards and regulations.
5. HR Compliance and Risk Management:
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and employment practices, mitigating legal and regulatory risks.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with legal requirements and promote ethical practices.
- Stay updated on HR trends, best practices, and legislation to ensure compliance and drive continuous improvement.
6. Leadership and Team Development:
- Lead and develop the HR team, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to enhance their capabilities.
- Foster a culture of learning and development, implementing training programs to enhance HR and leadership skills.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Significant experience in HR leadership roles, preferably as an HR Director or in a similar capacity.
- In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws and regulations.
- Proven experience in strategic HR planning, talent management, and organizational development.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and drive change at all levels of the organization.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and solve complex HR challenges.
- Professional HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) are a plus.
