Education:
BSc/BA in Business Administration/Supply Chain and Logistics/Marketing/Finance/Industrial Engineering or relevant field; MSc/MBA is a plus.

Minimum 5 Years
Responsibilities:
· Supervise the end-to-end Logistics land allocation & leasing process through CRM and GIS systems
· Develop business cases and write business proposals that include market research, operating and financial structures and models
· Lead the negotiations with customers for land leasing process, public and private funding for logistics development, partnership with public and private entities and others
· Lead new product development and/or improvements in existing products to cater to the changing business environment in Saudi Arabia
· Collaborate with the internal stakeholder to identify and develop new logistics opportunities in the industrial cities
· Responsible to design, develop and deliver executive business presentations of potential business opportunities to internal and external stakeholder
· Participate and represent MODON in various conferences, exhibitions in order to effectively communicate MODON products, opportunities to the customers
· Participate and contribute to the development of strategic partnerships, joint ventures and alliances
· Initiate, manage, and engage in surveys, workshops, and interviews, and produce conclusion and recommendation reports
· Review relevant governmental strategies, reports, proposals and provide value-adding comments & suggestions
· Stay up to date with the latest technology trends with a focus on the logistics and industrial markets
· Develop and improve requests for proposals
· Manage a team to gather and monitor competitive intelligence on market trends, competitors, prices and opportunities
· Gather data and conduct analysis on MODON internal process, procedures, pricing strategies and delivery meaningful insights related to Logistics
· Gather data and information requested by internal and external stakeholders and share in the requested format
· Manage and follow up with activities in the industrial/Logistics cities.
· Track KPIs on a regular basis and present reports
· Perform any other duties and responsibilities related to business development field as designated by the Line Manager
