At Land Sterling, we pride ourselves on our commitment to excellence and our forward-thinking strategies. We are seeking a dynamic and organised Executive Assistant to join our team and play an integral role in supporting our top executives, particularly the Chairman.


Role Overview:

As an Executive Assistant, you will be at the core of our executive operations, ensuring the smooth functioning of daily activities and strategic initiatives. You will manage executive schedules, prepare strategic materials, support board meetings, and maintain internal processes. Your role will be crucial in facilitating efficient workflows and ensuring the accomplishment of company goals.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive support to the Chairman, managing daily schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Act as the primary point of contact between Top Management, Heads of Departments (HODs), and LS staff, handling communications and directing enquiries appropriately
  • Collaborate with Land Sterling staff, ensuring effective coordination within and outside the department
  • Coordinate and monitor projects and tenders, assisting in planning, prioritisation, initiation, and execution
  • Serve as a point of contact for governance groups, coordinating their work and providing administrative support for meetings
  • Develop presentations and white papers for internal and external audiences, ensuring high-quality documentation
  • Keep Top Management informed of time-sensitive and priority issues, ensuring timely follow-up
  • Handle various support duties, including managing mail, maintaining directories, preparing documents, and processing expense reports
  • Schedule and organise departmental meetings, prepare and distribute agendas and materials, and take meeting minutes
  • Maintain paper and electronic filing systems, handling confidential and sensitive information professionally


Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Proficiency in PC and systems with satisfactory typing skills
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in a senior administrative role
  • Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • High level of professionalism and attention to detail
