o Create and maintain comprehensive reports, dashboards, and visualizations to provide insights to the sales team and management.
o Conduct ad-hoc data analysis to support sales initiatives and strategy development. • Systems Management:
o Administer and oversee the sales-related software and information systems, including CRM platforms, sales automation tools, and reporting software.
o Collaborate with IT teams to ensure the seamless integration of sales systems and troubleshoot technical issues as they arise.
o Stay updated on the latest technologies and trends in MIS to recommend system enhancements and improvements.
o Process Improvement:
o Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in sales processes and workflows through data analysis.
o Suggest and implement process improvements and automation to increase sales team efficiency and productivity.
o Ensure data accuracy and integrity by establishing data governance standards and protocols. • Reporting and Communication:
o Develop and distribute regular sales performance reports, KPIs, and metrics to sales leadership and relevant stakeholders.
o Present findings and insights to sales teams, enabling them to make informed decisions and adjust strategies as needed.
o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on data-related initiatives and projects. • Training and Support:
o Provide training and support to sales team members on how to effectively use MIS tools and systems.
o Offer guidance on data entry, report generation, and best practices for data management.
o Address and resolve system-related queries and issues from the sales team
