Senior HR manager
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
-Knowledge:
Knowledge of Strategic HR functions.
Knowledge of developing HR Department Budget.
Strong exposure to Organizational Development, including assessment centers, aptitude and psychometric tests, Learning and Development principles and theories.
Strong understanding of Saudi Labor Law.
Strong understanding of Human Resources processes, practices, and policies of KSA.
Recognized HR certification, such as CIPD, SHRM, CHRM.
Certified KPI Professional, or strong working knowledge of KPI development and performance management preferred.
Master or Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or similar.
-Experience:
Minimum of 10 years relevant experience in the Human Resources field in KSA.
HR Consultant experience strongly preferred.
Flexibility in working between Riyadh, Saudi Arabia .

Financial Acumen.
Knowledge of ATS, recruitment software an advantage.
Strong Management skills.
