The Compliance and Ethics Advisor provides expert advisory and implementation services to help organizations develop, enhance, and maintain robust compliance and ethics programs. This includes reviewing and drafting codes of conducts, and delivering business ethics awareness training, The advisor works with clients across various industries to ensure they operate with integrity and in full compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.


Skills

- Bachelor's degree in business, law, or a related field;

- 2+ years experience in compliance, ethics, or internal audit roles.

- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex information for diverse audiences

- Experience in designing and delivering effective training programs on ethics and compliance topics

- Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and project management skills
