Job Summary


Responsible for designing, developing, and implementing learning and development programs to enhance employee skills, knowledge, and performance. Collaborates with business leaders to identify training needs, develops effective training materials, and delivers engaging learning experiences. Tracks and measures training effectiveness to ensure alignment with organizational goals.


Responsibilities


  • * Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify skill gaps and training requirements across the organization.
  • * Curriculum Development: Develop and implement comprehensive training programs, including classroom, online, and blended learning modalities.
  • * Content Creation: Create engaging and effective training materials, such as presentations, workbooks, and e-learning modules.
  • * Training Delivery: Deliver training sessions and workshops to employees at all levels of the organization.
  • * Performance Management: Collaborate with HR and management to integrate learning and development with performance management processes.
  • * Evaluation: Measure the effectiveness of training programs using appropriate metrics and make recommendations for improvement.
  • * Technology Integration: Utilize learning management systems and other technology tools to enhance the learning experience.
  • * Stay Updated: Stay current on learning and development trends and best practices.


Qualifications


  • * Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • * 6 years of experience in learning and development.
  • * Strong instructional design and facilitation skills.
  • * Proficiency in learning management systems and authoring tools.
  • * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • * Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
