Marketing Supervisor

Requirements:

  1. Marketing Strategy & Execution: Devise and implement innovative retail marketing plans that align with brand objectives, boost customer traffic, and drive sales growth.
  2. Training & Development: Design and conduct training sessions for store staff on product knowledge, sales skills, and marketing initiatives to ensure consistent brand messaging and superior customer engagement.
  3. Display Management: Oversee the brand display positioning, POSM management, and Brand display guideline tracking to enhance the shopping environment and merchandise presentation.
  4. Relationship Building: Cultivate and strengthen relationships with Modern channels, Traditional dealer, and Distributer to enhance the partnerships for future sales.
  5. Customer Experience Enhancement: Utilize customer insights and feedback to continuously improve marketing strategies, ensuring they resonate with the target audience and enhance overall customer satisfaction.


Qualifications:

  • 3 years job experience in the field of Marketing/sales.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with retailers, distributors, and internal teams and preferably having a good connections and relationship with retailers and Modern Trade store managers.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Preferred to be Experienced in marketing automation tools, good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Fluent in both Arabic and English (written and oral) is a big plus, other languages beneficial.
