Purpose
As the Manager of Strategy Development, you will play a key role in shaping and driving the strategic direction of the strategy development process within the organization. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans, identifying growth opportunities, and supporting the achievement of our long-term goals. Your ability to analyze market trends and business performance, along with your strong strategic thinking, will be critical in guiding our organization’s success.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives aligned with the organization's vision, mission, and goals.
- Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and potential growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather input and insights and ensure strategic alignment across departments.
- Monitor and evaluate industry and market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to identify potential risks and opportunities.
- Engaged the indicators and planning process, including setting objectives, defining key performance indicators, and establishing action plans.
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships and alliances to drive business growth and enhance organizational capabilities.
- Prepare and present strategic recommendations, business cases, and progress reports to senior management and key stakeholders.
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement by encouraging new ideas and approaches.
- Ensure effective communication and alignment of strategic initiatives throughout the organization by creating and implementing communication plans.
- Demonstrated managerial and relationship building competencies, with exceptional skills in cross cultural understanding and communication
Job Qualification and Requirements
Knowledge & Experience 6 to 8 years of relevant experience Strategy and international strategy development
Education & Certifications bachelor’s degree in business administration, economics, or a related field. A master’s degree is preferred.
