Job Summary:
We are seeking a versatile and experienced generalist Financial Analyst to join our team on-site in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in structured finance, development finance, or related areas and will be responsible for reviewing due diligence (DD) packs and preparing high-quality presentations for senior stakeholders. Prior experience with a Big Four accounting firm is preferred, as the role requires strong understanding of finance across multiple domains and the ability to deliver clear, concise financial insights.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review and analyze due diligence (DD) packs prepared by various teams, ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and relevance of financial data and related documentation.
• Prepare comprehensive presentations that summarize the findings from DD packs, highlighting key financial insights, risks, and opportunities for senior management, investors, and other stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the integration of diverse financial perspectives into reports and presentations.
• Assist in structuring and optimizing financing solutions for various projects, taking into account the unique financial, legal, and regulatory requirements of each project.
• Provide financial analysis and modelling support as needed, leveraging a broad understanding of finance to contribute to the evaluation of investment opportunities, financing structures, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Stay informed about the latest trends and developments in structured finance, development finance, and related fields, ensuring that all financial reviews and presentations reflect current best practices and market conditions.
• Support the preparation of investment memorandums, board reports, and other high-level financial documents, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and alignment with strategic objectives.
• Engage with external stakeholders, including auditors, legal advisors, and regulatory bodies, to facilitate smooth financial operations and compliance with all relevant regulations.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; a master’s degree or relevant certification (e.g., CFA, ACCA) is preferred.
• 3-7 years of relevant experience in structured finance, development finance, or related financial fields.
• Prior experience working with a Big Four accounting firm (e.g., Deloitte, PwC, EY, KPMG) is highly preferred.
• Strong proficiency in financial analysis, due diligence, and the preparation of high-impact presentations.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling software.
• Solid understanding of financial principles across multiple domains, including structured finance, development finance, and corporate finance.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to distill complex financial information into clear, concise presentations for a non-technical audience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
Additional Requirements:
• Must be willing and able to work on-site in Saudi Arabia.
• Familiarity with the local financial and regulatory environment in Saudi Arabia is an advantage.
• Experience working in a multinational or culturally diverse environment is desirable
