  • Responsible for managing the high-quality Food production for Rezayat Catering primarily focusing on two Kitchens one at Al Khobar & one Al Jubail along with support on Rig locations as and when required. Responsible for budgeting, cost control, and standardized menu program at Operating locations. Responsible for all Kitchen staff from   Recruiting, Training and developing to global standards. Responsible for achieving targets sets for Function Catering, food man day rates, food quality, safety, sanitation, including supervision of all culinary staffs. The compliance to ISO 22000 to be maintained at all operating areas.
