HR Specialist – Riyadh CLIENT Linum Consult’s client is a major organisation based in the Middle East. They are seeking a bilingual English- and Arabic-speaking HR Specialist to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. RESPONSIBILITIES • Managing the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding • Ensuring job descriptions are up to date and compliant with all Saudi labour laws • Developing and implementing onboarding and performance management programmes to ensure employees understand their job responsibilities • Creating a compensation strategy in line with Saudi and regional markets • Investigating any employee issues and conflicts and bringing them to a resolution • Ensuring that the organisation’s compliance with Saudi labour laws and that all company HR policies are applied consistently • Using performance management tools to provide guidance and feedback to the team • Maintaining the company’s organisation charts and their employee directory • Maintaining HR systems and processes
