Review and monitor employeeinsurance addition\deletion.
Review and monitor stock update declarations in PAR policies.
Receive and review statements of accounts and forward them to accounting departments.
Process claims
Check claims settlement and invoices.
Policies and Procedures:<br/><br/>Review and check policies’ terms and conditions and raise related issues to insurance committee to be considered in the renewal.
Provide advice related to general insurance policies in liaison with the broker or insurance company.
Performance and Customer Relations:<br/><br/>Arrange frequent business meeting with business owners and insurance committee.
Monitor Insurance broker performance and adherence and outputs.
Conduct survey for insurance services satisfaction level.
Coordinate with insurance brokers to conduct property risk survey and submit the findings reports to each business unit management.
Filing and Documentation:<br/><br/>Archive all insurance policies and supporting documents.
Reports:<br/><br/>Prepare & coordinate quarterly report of insurance operations.
Role Accountability<br/><br/>Ability to recruit, recognize and cultivate high performers and expose them in order to create a robust second line of management.
Ability to recognize low performers and guide them to improve or release them.
Ability to treat subordinates equally without any discrimination.
