Responsibilities:<br/><br/>Oversee daily performance of sales team members. Set daily goals for each team member and ensure their achievement. Provide necessary guidance and training to team members. Collect and document problems and difficulties faced by the team. Analyze the causes of these problems. Escalate complex issues to the Sales Manager for review and action. Prepare daily performance reports and sales indicators. Present weekly and monthly reports summarizing performance and key challenges. Ensure team compliance with company policies and procedures. Review operations and procedures to improve efficiency and ensure quality. Maintain open communication channels with the Sales Manager and team members. Convey directives from senior management and market updates to the team.
Requirements<br/><br/>Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to analyze data and prepare detailed reports. Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure. Knowledge of sales strategies and market dynamics. Detail-oriented and highly organized. Proactive and result-driven. Ability to motivate and inspire team members.
