Trade Marketing Executive

Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Trade Marketing Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing trade marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, increase sales, and enhance our market presence. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of the retail environment and excellent relationship-building skills. Key Responsibilities: - Strategy Development and Implementation: > Develop and execute trade marketing strategies that align with overall business objectives. > Plan and implement promotional activities, including trade shows, in-store promotions, and events. > Collaborate with the sales team to create and execute channel-specific marketing plans. - Sales Support: > Provide sales teams with the necessary tools and materials to drive sales and achieve targets. > Develop and distribute promotional materials, point-of-sale displays, and product samples. > Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify opportunities and areas for improvement. - Market Analysis and Insights: > Conduct market research to understand consumer behavior, market trends, and competitive landscape. > Analyze sales data and market insights to inform trade marketing strategies. > Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on trade marketing activities and performance. - Relationship Management: > Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners and distributors. > Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment and effective execution of trade marketing initiatives. > Negotiate and manage contracts with external vendors and partners. - Budget Management: > Manage the trade marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximize ROI. > Monitor expenses and ensure all activities are within budget.

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. - 5+ years of experience in trade marketing, preferably within the fragrance or luxury goods industry. - Proven track record of developing and executing successful trade marketing strategies. - Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to inform decision-making. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders. - Highly organized with strong project management skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with marketing software and tools. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. - Ability to travel locally and internationally when needed.
