Talent Acquisition Specialist (Saudi National)

Job Summary The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for leading and executing the recruitment process to attract, evaluate, and hire top talent for our organization. With a minimum of 5 years of experience, the Specialist will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. This role requires a strategic mindset, excellent communication skills, and a strong ability to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will also play a key role in promoting our employer brand and ensuring a positive candidate experience. Key Responsibilities • Design and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet the K&A talent needs • Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals, to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates • Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, gathering feedback from interviewers, and communicating with candidates • Establish and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide guidance throughout the recruitment process • Develop and execute initiatives to enhance the organization’s employer brand and attract top talent • Attend career fairs and recruitment events that support the firm’s branding efforts, including speaking on panels, special interest groups and opportunities to increase brand recognition in the recruitment marketplace • Ensure accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and provide regular reports on recruitment metrics • Develop, maintain and manage a strong pipeline of talent (internal and external) for future firm needs • Assist in the development of induction programs and conducting orientation sessions on policies, procedures, job duties, working conditions, employee benefits and career paths for new recruits • Conduct exit interviews to capture reasons for employees turnover

Qualifications, Experience and Skills • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource, Engineering, Public Administration or equivalent • Certification in HR-related fields (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR) is a plus. • Minimum 5 years of experience in a Human Resources out of which at least 3 years in a Talent Acquisition function • Demonstrated experience in all aspects of talent acquisition, including sourcing, attracting, selecting process as well as labour marketing and employer of choice initiatives • Experience working in a fast-paced recruiting environment • Knowledge of the Architecture, Engineering and Planning (AEP) Industry is a plus • In-depth knowledge of the Saudi Arabia labour market and recruitment trends • Familiarity with HR technology, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and recruitment tools • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors is highly desired • Strong attention to details • Strong communication skills • Strong customer service orientation • Strong team working skills • Proficiency in spoken and written English and Arabic
