The role is required to help the company assure the right manpower needs are met within the allocated budget and facilites smooth mobilization and demobilization processes throughout the company. • 7 + years of relevant experience in OD, Manpower Planning or Recruitment • Proven experience in organization development, including organization design, job analysis, policy development, and competency modeling. • CIPD, SPHRi, SCP Certificates preferred Preference will be given to Saudi Nationality
