Our client is a leading public company in Jeddah, KSA. They are seeking to recruit smart qualified Sr. governance & ESG professional to join their existing team. The job-holder needs to conduct mainly the following task with ability to handle the findings in the right manner & channel. He / she should have: -Research and analysis: Strong ability to research complex topics, analyze data, and identify trends related to Governance and ESG. -Communication (written and verbal): Ability to clearly communicate complex ESG and Governance concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. -Project Management: Experience managing and contributing to projects related to Governance or ESG initiatives. -Data Management: Familiarity with data collection, analysis tools, and reporting methods for ESG metrics. Experience: the followings are required and must to this role. The right candidate is Saudi National, others will be neglected. He / she should have work-experience in the same for five years at least. He / she should demonstrate a solid foundation in Governance principles: This includes familiarity with areas like board structure, shareholder rights, compliance frameworks, and risk management. In addition, he / she should grasp of ESG concepts: Understanding of Environmental, Social, and Governance factors and their integration into business practices. --Knowledge of relevant ESG frameworks like GRI Standards or SASB Standards is a plus. He / she should demonstrate industry-specific regulations: Awareness of regulations and best practices related to Governance and ESG in your specific industry.

Experience working on Governance or ESG initiatives includes the following: -Developing and implementing ESG policies and procedures. -Conducting ESG risk assessments and mitigation strategies. -Supporting ESG data collection and reporting. -Contributing to sustainability reporting or integrated reports. -Participating in stakeholder engagement related to Governance or ESG issues. - Saudi National
