We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Performance Supervisor to join our team. As a Performance Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the performance of our staff to ensure efficient and effective operations. You will play a crucial role in maintaining productivity levels, meeting targets, and enhancing the overall performance of our organization. Responsibilities Oversee and monitor the performance of staff members to ensure they meet or exceed performance targets Provide guidance and support to staff members to help them improve performance and achieve personal development goals Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback, coaching, and mentoring to staff members Develop and implement performance improvement plans and initiatives to enhance overall organizational performance Analyze performance data and metrics to identify trends, areas of improvement, and potential issues Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination of performance-related activities Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and developments to ensure continuous improvement of performance management processes Skills Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent work experience(3+) years of experience in a similar role Proven track record of successfully managing and improving performance in a team environment Strong leadership and coaching skills Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and performance management software Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
