This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge technology and make a lasting impact on our organization's success.<br/><br/>Experience:<br/><br/>5years in FM in GCC (3 of which in KSA)<br/><br/>Working in similar project role or stakeholder with VVIP expertise<br/><br/>Strong knowledge of both electrical and mechanical systems.<br/><br/>Ability to supervise and coordinate electromechanical maintenance activities.<br/><br/>Experience with troubleshooting and repairing electromechanical systems.<br/><br/>Knowledge of relevant safety regulations and procedures.<br/><br/>Familiarity with control systems and automation technologies.<br/><br/>Ability to oversee the installation and commissioning of electromechanical equipment.<br/><br/>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.<br/><br/>Effective communication and leadership abilities.<br/><br/>Knowledge of budgeting and cost control related to electromechanical systems.
