Be ready to be thrown in at the deep end, taking on large-scale projects from day one, under the guidance of a supportive leadership team who will encourage your personal development and offer you new opportunities Job Description The Sales Operations Executive will primarily support the local and global Sales team, who could be selling multiple brands/products across the region. The role will drive consistency and quality in the Sales teams and act as a key link between the Event Sales function and the Tahaluf Team. They will provide structured sales administration, Salesforce (CRM) support, data analysis & investigation, product customer engagement, reporting, and data management / entry support. As the Sales teams develop, the role will also become involved in campaign management, and informing the CRM team of priorities for future development of our Salesforce system and digital service delivery to then act as a key driving group. They may also on occasion be required to support the Event team with administrative duties. Key Responsibilities: CRM management Manage and update Salesforce (CRM) and associated Sales order processing tools with sales contracts. Providing the forms (text) for: sales, stand upsells, promo opportunities, catalogue, stand sharing forms for the online customer tools and contract creation. Supports the product set up (events, sponsorship, digital and print). Assist with administrative activities in support of forecasting, preparing presentations for budget and strategy meetings. Key liaison point with Customer Service and Event Operations team for customer data and event floor plan queries. Process Agent / Pavilion contracts and all Marketing Solutions contracts (complex contracts). Qualifications Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent Qualities needed for the role Well organised and good time management. Eye for detail and problem solving. Interpersonal skills, confident personality, high level of enthusiasm. Qualities needed for culture fit Proven ability to work under pressure. Ability to work in a matrix organisation. Skills required Ability to proactively handle and respond to queries from internal customers. Experience in working with Salesforce. Experience of data analysis and manipulation. Good knowledge of Excel. Experience in working with Salesforce CRM. Previous experience in the B2 B / B2 C events industry. Experience with Expocad, A2 Z or similar floor planning tools.
