Role Responsibilities: I ndependently work on 19 XR and 30 XA chillers.<br/><br/>E xpert in electrical troubleshooting and mechanical repair on HVAC Equipment's.<br/><br/>P reparing of technical reports and job cards. Role Purpose: A s lead technician to understand the technician problem and solve the problem.<br/><br/>U nderstand the customer needs and satisfied the customer.<br/><br/>Works under direct supervision to perform on-site field service directly to customers regarding installing, updating, operating, maintaining, repairing and removing of equipment to meet customer requirements.<br/><br/>Uses standard procedures to install, test, service and repair basic equipment to conform with company operating specifications and customer requirements.<br/><br/>Uses standard procedures to perform basic on-site preventative maintenance, routine repair, and calibration after installation.<br/><br/>Inspects equipment on a regular basis to ensure proper functioning.<br/><br/>Maintains equipment logs that record performance problems, repairs, calibrations, or tests and submits weekly reports summarizing these activities. Minimum Requirements: 3-years diploma or 2-years certificate in HVAC.<br/><br/>Proficiency (Speak, Read & Write) in English.<br/><br/>Communication skills (Understanding questions and responding correctly).<br/><br/>Customers focus oriented.<br/><br/>Analytical thinking skill.<br/><br/>M inimum five years' experience.
