Sr. Specialist Talent Acquisition KSAPurpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization: This position will take an operational role to support the continuing growth of the market through attracting and acquiring top talent, primarily within the Retail division of KSA. The Senior Specialist Talent Acquisition will partner with hiring managers to anticipate and meet the evolving needs to deliver the best talents to the organization. Key Responsibilities:· Develop and implement strategic sourcing initiatives for recruiting diverse talent.· Manage full-cycle from sourcing candidates, through selection process, and close of positions.· Build close partnerships with hiring managers and HR partners to help the business grow by developing and delivering the best solutions for attracting candidates· Support the Talent Acquisition Team in planning and gathering information for quarterly review meetings with key stakeholders to provide an overview of recruiting achievements as well as opportunities to improve.· Utilize Applicant Tracking System effectively following key standards, documenting key actions and ensuring data are accurate and well-maintained accurate for reporting purposes· Support in initiatives related to employer branding and internship programs. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:· Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.· Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.· Strong written and verbal communication skills.· Ability to set clear goals and deliver into key objectives.· Action oriented and proactive approach to working with hiring managers and HR teams.· End to end recruitment experience at a variety of levels.· Advanced MS Office skills and experience in applicant tracking systems. • Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and oral. Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:· University degree HR or equivalent.· Minimum 3 years’ experience in Talent Acquisition, retail field hiring experience is preferred.· Track record for delivering high impact customer experience.· Experience working in an administrative position that requires a high level of detailed work.
