We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Saudi national to join our team as an IT Project Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of projects, from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The Project Manager will coordinate with various stakeholders, including clients, team members, and vendors, to ensure project objectives are met effectively and efficiently.
1- Project Planning and Scheduling:<br/><br/>Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
Create detailed project schedules and milestones, ensuring alignment with overall project objectives.<br/><br/>2- Team Leadership and Management:<br/><br/>Lead, motivate, and inspire project teams to achieve project goals and objectives.
Delegate tasks and responsibilities appropriately, providing guidance and support as needed.
Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, promoting open communication and teamwork.<br/><br/>3- Stakeholder Management:<br/><br/>Serve as the main point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and addressing any concerns or issues in a timely manner.
Communicate project progress, milestones, and deliverables effectively to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with expectations.<br/><br/>4- Risk Management:<br/><br/>Identify potential risks and obstacles to project success and develop strategies to mitigate them.
Proactively monitor project activities and performance, implementing corrective actions as necessary to keep projects on track.<br/><br/>5- Quality Assurance:<br/><br/>Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and client requirements, conducting thorough reviews and inspections as needed.
Implement quality assurance processes and procedures to minimize errors and defects throughout the project lifecycle.<br/><br/>6- Reporting and Documentation:<br/><br/>Prepare regular progress reports, status updates, and other project documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
Maintain accurate project records and documentation, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures.<br/><br/>- Our stack<br/><br/>Bachelor's degree in project management, business administration, or IT related field.
Proven experience as an IT project manager, preferably in the IT industries.
PMP or Prince2 certification is highly desirable.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
