We are urgently seeking a quickly available degree qualified Marine/Civil Technical Manager to work in Khobar, Eastern Province and provide assistance in Design Management of Desalination/Sea Outfall project including pipelines on behalf of our client who is working on a turnkey EPC contract.<br/><br/>Your primary duties will be managing a Chinese contractor and setting KPI's as well as liaising with the Design Consultancy in Europe and the Middle East to ensure this fast-track project gets back on track.<br/><br/>Excellent communicator needed who can be readily available on site with the right drive and dynamism to cajole all parties into working seamlessly together. 1 year contract start in June.<br/><br/>#J-18808-Ljbffr
