Industrial Complex, Riyadh The center of alfanar’s industrial activities is alfanar Industrial Complex situated in the Third Industrial Zone on Al-Kharj Road, Riyadh. Spread across 700,000 square meters, the Complex houses alfanar’s facilities. The Complex has a comprehensive infrastructure including a data and communication center as well as a commercial zone. Job Purpose Perform testing and commissioning activities, ensuring the adherence to quality standards, troubleshooting technical issues, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. Key Accountability Areas Testing and Reporting: Conducting tests on relays and other equipment in accordance with the project testing plan. Preparing project/new equipment test reports, including updates and corrections. Performing functional testing as outlined in the scheme. Quality Assurance and Troubleshooting: Reporting nonconformances and troubleshooting. Clearing and managing punch lists during factory testing and site commissioning. Coordination and Customer Inspection: Coordinating testing activities during customer inspections. Technical Support and Issue Resolution: Providing technical support by reviewing design documents before release. Resolving technical issues during factory testing/site commissioning. Continuous Improvement and Record Maintenance: Initiating continual improvement efforts and maintaining records in consultation with the department manager. Initiating corrective and preventive actions and maintaining records in consultation with the department manager. Site Testing and Commissioning: Executing site testing and commissioning activities. Role Accountability HR Proficiency: Training of sub-ordinates and forming a team to get the work effectively. Provide leadership, coaching, and direction to subordinates in all aspects of their work. Delegate sub-ordinates in each respective assignment. Ensures fair distribution of tasks to maintain morale, motivation of subordinates. Delivery: Perform the planned activities to meet the operational and development targets as per delivery schedules. Utilize resources effectively to achieve objectives within efficient cost and time. Provide a periodic report formatted by detailing the deviation and execution of planned tasks. Problem-Solving: Resolve any related problems arise and escalate any complex operational issues. Quality: Ensure quality requirements to develop effective quality control and processes including specifications for products or processes or related activities. Business Process Improvements: Coordinate well-defined written systems, policies, procedures, and seeking automations opportunities as much as possible. Compliance: Comply to related policy and procedures and work instructions.
