HSEQ Director On-site Riyadh, Riyadh Province, Saudi Arabia HQ - HSEQ Description JASARA PMC is seeking a highly experienced and results-driven HSEQ Director to lead our Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) initiatives and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices. As the HSEQ Director at JASARA PMC, you will play a pivotal role in implementing and maintaining a world-class HSEQ management system across all our projects. You will be responsible for developing and implementing policies, standards, and procedures to promote a safe and healthy working environment for our employees, contractors, and the communities we operate in. JASARA PMC is a leading project management company specializing in civil engineering projects. We are committed to delivering high-quality projects while prioritizing the safety and well-being of our workforce and the communities we serve. Responsibilities Develop and implement the company's HSEQ policies, standards, and procedures in line with local regulations and international best practices. Monitor compliance with HSEQ regulations and standards and drive a culture of continuous improvement. Conduct regular inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and areas for improvement. Develop and deliver HSEQ training programs and campaigns to raise awareness and promote a safety-conscious culture. Manage incident reporting, investigation, and follow-up to prevent recurrence and implement corrective actions. Collaborate with project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to address HSEQ requirements and achieve project goals. Conduct internal HSEQ audits and liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies. Requirements Minimum of 10 years of experience in HSEQ management, preferably in the construction or civil engineering industry. Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field. Deep knowledge of HSEQ regulations and industry best practices. Proven experience in developing and implementing HSEQ policies, standards, and procedures. Strong leadership and communication skills. Professional certifications in Occupational Health and Safety (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA) are preferred. Experience in managing a team and working collaboratively across different departments. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Fluency in English, both written and spoken.* Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
