Key Responsibilities: Lead the development and execution of test strategies and test plans to ensure software quality. Utilize advanced testing tools and techniques to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of testing. Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts to support regression testing and reduce manual testing efforts. Perform detailed analysis of test results and provide actionable insights to improve product quality. Collaborate with software developers and other stakeholders to understand product requirements and resolve quality issues. Advocate for best practices in software quality assurance, including test-driven development and continuous integration. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior QA engineers to elevate their skills and understanding of advanced QA methodologies. Continuously update knowledge of software test automation tools and techniques to keep up with the rapidly changing technology landscape.<br/><br/>Job Requirements
Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.5+ years of experience in software quality assurance with a proven track record of success. Proficiency with advanced testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Appium, Test Complete, Cucumber). Strong experience in automated testing and scripting languages such as Python, Java, or Java Script. Deep understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes. Experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) environments. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and leadership skills, capable of leading a team and interfacing effectively with stakeholders. Desired Skills: Certifications such as ISTQB Advanced Level Test Manager or Test Analyst. Experience with performance and security testing.
