Maintain the highest level of a zero-harm culture by following and enforcing all company and customer EHS policies and programs.<br/><br/>Profit and Loss responsible for the Project.<br/><br/>A demonstrated ability to solve problems, manage and deliver to customer requirements, communicate effectively, and build positive relationships with collaborators, and a proven track record of achieving consistent outstanding results.<br/><br/>You act as first contact for all issues arising within KSA, coordinating with Local and International partners.<br/><br/>Work closely with all functional subject areas locally and internationally to achieve the project results.<br/><br/>Being a transparent presence to our customers is a key part of the role.<br/><br/>Identify the Project Risks and implement mitigation strategies.<br/><br/>Work closely with Quality and Engineering team to reduce/eliminate the NCC’s.<br/><br/>What You Bring<br/><br/>Minimum of bachelor’s degree in engineering (Preferably in Mechanical/Electrical/Manufacturing) with at least 10 years of experience in Project Management preferably in Oil & Gas Industry.<br/><br/>Must possess excellent communication, leadership, team building & customer facing skills.<br/><br/>Experience in process improvement and working with global teams.<br/><br/>Work closely with international cross-functional teams to plan project deliverables, resources, budget, and schedule.<br/><br/>Ability to work well with others with a display of positive attitude.<br/><br/>Adopt a proactive approach regarding problem solving.<br/><br/>Have a sound understanding of the Project Management processes.<br/><br/>Focus on the customers perspective and expectations.<br/><br/>Use effective involvement and persuasion strategies to gain acceptance of ideas and commitment to actions.<br/><br/>Have basic knowledge of Commercial Topics.<br/><br/>Knowledge of MS Project is required.<br/><br/>Who is Siemens Energy?<br/><br/>At Siemens Energy, we are more than just an energy technology company.
