Credit Controller Leading and coordinating cash-flow activities resulting from the KSA Global projects, and optimising thesettlement of cash transfers in compliance with the statutory requirements, and to enable optimised cashposition and efficient cash pooling An efficient accounting function for our KSA office to allow our managers and leaders to support our growthstrategy, knowing administration is functioning seamlessly under this remit. Type of contract Permanent Grade Senior Area of Expertise Business Services Region Middle East, India and Asia Office / Project Location Riyadh Ref No8250 A detailed overview of your responsibilities is as follows… Job Purpose & Key Responsibilities will be to support on various accounting duties, accounting transactions, maintain the general ledgers, financial records, and operations in compliance with internal and local rules including: Work closely with the Global team in the UK, supporting with insightful reporting and accurate cash-forecast on KSA Global portfolio. Develop consolidated cash-flow forecast on the Global KSA projects, based on forecasted collections, and forecasted expenditure by BU. Develop and maintain effective management strategies to enable better cash-flow visibility from KSA projects portfolio. Monthly follow-up on intercompany positions and settlement forecast, in coordination with the various finance offices Maintain a compliant strategy for the intercompany loans and setting-up the related agreements and amendments. Support on cash collection as needed, in coordination with the Project team and the Global credit control team. Manage KSA bonds and guarantees, including issuance, amendment, and cancellations. Implement a regular report and follow-up with Project teams to monitor exposure and enable prompt cancellations. Develop, maintain and communicate insightful reports on the activity to the different stakeholders: Global and Regional Finance, Project teams and leadership as applicable. Actively contribute to enhancing cash awareness, driving increased forecasting accuracy and ownership, and best practices to optimise cash position. Experience & Qualifications Key Skills Good computer and IT skills including Word and Excelusing spreadsheets and databases. Experience of supporting a team of people as well as working on a one-to-one basis. Ability to understand the nature of the work the team carries out and interact with other team members in the delivery of their work. Strong collaboration skills as the position will be engaging closely with the finance teams around the practice and partnering with project managers. High level of accuracyand ethics Ability to work within financial deadlines. Good communication skills Ability to prioritise workload and manage deadlines Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in accounting / business economics or equivalent Relevant experience as Cash manager preferably within international AEC / professional services industry Experience in implementing and maintaining accurate multi-entities cash forecasts. Relevant knowledge in trade finance, bonds and FXExperience in treasury accounting bookings Experience within Matrix organisations will be an advantage. Prior experience of the Agresso finance software would be an advantage. Prior experience of a project focussed organisation would be an advantage Prior experience of project management ERPs would be an advantage Style & Behaviours Prioritising appropriately and working to agreed deadlines, managing expectations of internal clients and other members of the team.
