SMIMILAR EXPERIENCE IS A MUST. Leading, Participating, and providing guidance and support to achieve sales targets and objectives. Build new clients relations and bring in new client accounts, in coordination with the Sales Manager. Identify leads or opportunities to achieve sales targets and engage in assessment of the opportunity with input from other functional departments. Participate in developing marketing & sales strategies and plans to achieve business objectives, identifying target customers, and setting sales/presales policies, procedures, and KPIs. Lead prequalification’s activities, prepare and maintain a complete information to be ready for reporting all the time, with the status of each opportunity / lead details. Improve the performance of the Sales/ Presale function and continuously improve quality of sales/presales policies and procedures. Control and improve the win ratio of opportunities, maintaining a positive market share growth. Collaborate with product development and marketing teams to stay updated on new products and features, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of the telecom offerings of the market. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding business requirements, and providing proper solutions. Able to build comprehensive proposals, demos, and conducting presentations to customers. Stay updated on new technologies and solutions, market demand, opportunities, industry trends, competitor performance, and variables influence company’s growth and enhancing winning ratios. Coordinate with sales, production, technical and logistics to streamline process transaction from sales/presales, to post-sales. Participate in bidding decisions for opportunities together with the Sales Manager Undertake price negotiations with clients, when needed, follow-up on client proposals, monitor the order processing, and cash flow status of the orders. Maintain frequent KPIs & progress reporting to Sales Manager and top management. Work as a focal point of communications to handle problems and issues for sales/ presales activities. Handle and respond to customer inquiries in timely manner. With Sales Manager, schedule follow-up visits to ensure smooth operations. Approach old clients to activate possible opportunities. Skills Aware of market structure, key players, consulting firms, with relation and penetration skills to key players. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus. 7 to 10 years of experience in sales/presales within the IT & telecommunications industry. Strong understanding of IT & telecom products, services, and industry trends. Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal. Results-oriented mindset with i-can-do attitude. Ability to enhance working environment, introduce new ideas, and possess all-encompassing skill to supervise and perform several<br/><br/>activities at the same time.
