Here, you’ll be supported in progressing – whatever your ambitions.<br/><br/>About the role:<br/><br/>We are currently looking for a dedicated Operations Specialist based in Jeddah, KSAto monitor and expedite the arrangements for inbound and outbound shipments. Provide reports and analyze inbound, outbound, warehousing related data.<br/><br/>This position offers hybrid work (two days remote, three days in the office per week; however, more office days are encouraged), and is based at our 3 PL site in Jeddah.<br/><br/>Responsibilities:<br/><br/>Track, monitor, and expedite the incoming and outgoing shipments.<br/><br/>Daily monitoring of SAP / WMS IDocs integration issues, leading identification of root causes and it’s resolution.<br/><br/>Monitoring cycle and physical wall to wall stock counts and ensuring inventory adjustments are controlled.<br/><br/>Supervise the warehouse team and monitor floor activities.<br/><br/>Create a tracking log for delivery issues and identify root cause and assign corrective and preventive actions.<br/><br/>Validate and verify the documentation and labeling for incoming and outgoing shipments.<br/><br/>All orders are picked, packed and shipped according to each customer's requirements for products, packaging, documentation, and transportation, with a high degree of accuracy and within planned lead times.<br/><br/>All applicable procedures and work instructions are complete and accurate according to applicable quality, legal and financial regulations.<br/><br/>All returns are investigated and completed on time.<br/><br/>Tracking of defined KPI'S to support the operations in achieving its objectives and initiatives.<br/><br/>Identify opportunities and approaches for streamlining and automating routine processes.<br/><br/>Ensure data accuracy within SAP.<br/><br/>The time-schedule for the shipping of orders is respected.<br/><br/>Good to have:<br/><br/>Oracle experience (optional).<br/><br/>SC project management or Change management.<br/><br/>Middleware experience (plus).<br/><br/>Excel and macros superuser experience.<br/><br/>Qualifications:<br/><br/>7+ years of experiences in:<br/><br/>Logistics coordination (importing shipments, customs clearance procedure) at a 3 PL environment.<br/><br/>Warehouse activities coordination (following on the process of receiving shipments into the warehouse, picking and dispatching shipments from the warehouse).<br/><br/>Experience in SAP / WMS Idoc resolution.<br/><br/>Running reports and doing analysis on Excel.<br/><br/>Communicating with different internal and external stakeholders.<br/><br/>Strong communicatorand great team player.<br/><br/>Problem Solving mind-set.<br/><br/>Analytical Thinking.<br/><br/>Fluency in English and preferable Arabic as well.<br/><br/>Requisition ID:578921<br/><br/>As a leader in medical science for more than 40 years, we are committed to solving the challenges that matter most – united by a deep caring for human life.
