Each of the resort’s 210 sea-facing rooms will provide immediate beach access; allowing guests to step out on to the sands of the Red Sea from the terrace. Moreover, the resort will feature seven different gastronomic experiences, sprawling pools and recreational facilities, a spa, a health club, and meetings and events spaces for leisure and business travelers and groups.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
FINANCIAL RETURNS:
assist in the creation of and work within the established department budget and control expenses.
participates in the hotel energy conservation program.
PEOPLE:
Prepares and arranges documentation concerning recruitment including liaising with recruiting agents and candidates.
Prepares documentation and welcome letters for new arrivals and assist in arranging informal orientation including introduction to members of the department and the hotel.
Prepares employment contracts, personnel movement of new hire, promoted employees, and whenever changes are to be made with regard to employees’ employment status.
Deals with and prepares department correspondences and maintains adequate stock of stationary items.
Preparation of monthly reports and other correspondences under the direction of Personnel Manager/Human Administration & Development Manager.
prepares periodical returns and other related reports to various authorities.
Final checking of entitlements, etc, in regard to documentation of employees leaving on vacation and exit, prior to processing personnel movement.
Prepares ticket purchase order and arrange airline reservations for internal customers proceeding on vacation, exit, temporary assistance, business trips.
Checks and follows up probation reports of new hire on timely basis.
Furnishes and reports relevant information to department heads as appropriate.
Assists in documentation, etc. concerning employees of the month, employees of the year and in the preparation of arrangements for the annual staff gathering and other employee recognition party and activities.
Assists with regular inspection of employee housing facilities to ensure that they are well operated and maintained.
Prepares attendance payroll sheets and ensures the employee roster and time-in/time-out sheet are appropriately maintained through the OASYS.
Familiarization and updating OASYS.
Maintains employees files and other information under strict confidential.
Coordinates employee relations functions with the staff committee, medical services and related medical activities with the staff Nurse.

demonstrate service attributes in accordance with industry expectations and company standards.
Be attentive to guests and to accurately fulfilling their request.
Maintain a high level of knowledge which affect the guests experience.
anticipate guests needs and take appropriate actions to resolve guests complaints.
RESPONSIBLE BUSINESS:
develop awareness and reputation of the hotel and the brand in the local community by participating in every local community services and activities.
Demonstrate understanding and awareness of all policies and procedures relating to health, hygiene and fire, life & safety.
familiarize yourself with emergency and evacuation procedures.
Attend the regular FLS training scheduled by the property.
Perform other duties as assigned.
What We need from you:
College Diploma / bachelor’s degree or a high school graduate with minimum one year of experience on same position in any rated hotels.
Fluent in oral and written English.
Strong in all types of office correspondence and well versed in using computers.
Ability to organize event and function related to employees in general.
