A dynamic and growing aviation business based in Riyadh is looking for a Senior Finance Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. The business is extremely well backed so this is an incredible opportunity to join a business with a very bright future.
The main purpose of the role is to manage and oversee all financial operations whilst providing leadership and direction to the finance team.
General Responsibilities:
Implement strategic financial plans and policies to achieve organizational goals.
Mentor the existing finance staff and ensure that all accounting transactions are accounted for on a monthly and yearly basis
Monitor the budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
Ensure company financial performance by analysing results, identifying trends, and recommending actions.
Manage the preparation of all financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports required by their investors.
Maintain relationships with banks, auditors, and other financial institutions.
Responsible for the success of the year end audit
Responsible for compliance with local, state, and federal financial regulations and standards.
Experience and attributes required:
CPA and/or CFA qualification is required (or equivalent) – Essential
Experience working with aviation industry -<br/><br/>Essential
Big 4 background -<br/><br/>Desirable
Experience with wider KSA regulatory laws and frameworks –<br/><br/>Essential
English fluency is assumed, additional languages are nice to have, Arabic is -<br/><br/>Desirable
