The successful candidate will analyze Debt capital markets to identify emerging trends supporting the client's global financing strategies and ensuring access to financial markets for expansionary needs. This role involves leading aspects of corporate debt issuances and collaborating closely with senior finance management, project development, and bank relationship teams.<br/><br/>Responsibilities<br/><br/>Monitor and report on capital markets, focusing on energy-related sectors.
Assist in structuring, pricing, and negotiating debt issuances under conventional and Islamic structures.
Develop hedging strategies to mitigate interest rate risks associated with long-term debt.
Collaborate with legal and investor relations teams in capital markets due diligence processes.
Contribute to financing strategies, policies, and procedures implementation for financial flexibility.
Represent the client in joint venture financing projects and financing-related committees or task forces.<br/><br/>Education & Requirements<br/><br/>A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting (MBA preferred).
Minimum seven years' experience in the oil & gas industry or leading a debt capital market structuring/syndication team.
Financial certification such as CPA, CMA, CTP, or CFA.
Extensive experience in securing a corporate credit rating or understanding rating agencies.
