  • Job Description: Senior Sales Representative

Job brief:

  • We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Sales Representative to join our team.
  • As a Senior Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales of our SaaS ERP software, managing key accounts, and exceeding sales targets.
  • Your expertise in consultative selling, relationship building, and closing deals will be instrumental in contributing to the company's growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets for our SaaS ERP software.
  • Identify and prospect new business opportunities, conduct market research, and build a robust sales pipeline.
  • Engage with prospects and customers to understand their business needs, pain points, and objectives.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features, benefits, and value proposition of our SaaS ERP software.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to create customized solutions and proposals that meet customer requirements.
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms of sale, ensuring customer satisfaction and profitability.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in target accounts.
  • Manage and grow existing accounts, upselling and cross-selling additional products and services.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to effectively position our SaaS ERP software and differentiate it in the market.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to the sales management team.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior sales team members, sharing best practices and contributing to their development.

Requirements and skills:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the SaaS industry or software solutions sector. Experience with ERP software is a plus.
  • Demonstrated success in consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
  • Strong consultative selling skills, with the ability to understand customer needs and position our software as a solution.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence at all levels of an organization.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented mindset, with the ability to work independently and drive the sales process from prospecting to deal closure.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of sales cycles, pipeline management, and forecasting.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and systems for lead management and sales tracking.
  • Familiarity with productivity tools such as email clients, spreadsheets, and presentation software.
  • A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Note: This position may require occasional travel for customer meetings, trade shows, and industry events.
