  • Job Description: SaaS Sales Coordinator (ERP Software)

Job brief:

  • We are seeking an experienced and well-organized Sales Coordinator to provide essential support to our SaaS sales team for our ERP software.
  • The successful candidate will serve as a central point of reference for colleagues and customers, ensuring smooth operations, effective communication, and customer satisfaction.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot will be advantageous.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the activities of the SaaS sales team by efficiently managing schedules, organizing and maintaining important documents, and facilitating effective communication.
  • Utilize CRM tools like HubSpot to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data for insights and decision-making.
  • Ensure the availability and adequacy of sales-related equipment, materials, and resources necessary for the sales team's success.
  • Provide excellent after-sales support and address customer complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Manage and organize financial and non-financial data in electronic form, generate reports, and present insights and findings to the sales team and management.
  • Process sales orders accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring smooth order fulfillment.
  • Proactively communicate any unforeseen delays or issues to clients, maintaining transparency and managing expectations.
  • Monitor and evaluate the team's progress, identify areas of improvement, and propose strategies for enhanced sales performance.
  • Assist in the preparation and coordination of promotional materials, events, and campaigns to support sales initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, policies, and industry regulations.

Requirements and skills:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the SaaS industry. Experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions will be considered a plus.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools like HubSpot or similar platforms for lead management, customer interactions, and data analysis.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, enabling effective collaboration and customer interactions.
  • Strong organizational skills and a high level of responsibility to ensure efficient coordination of sales activities and documentation.
  • Problem-solving aptitude to address challenges and find practical solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to work well within a team, fostering a collaborative environment.
  • A bachelor's degree in business administration or a relevant field. Certification in sales or marketing will be an asset
