  • To provide Training to the team on food safety and quality issue.

  • Plan & conduct monthly food safety audits.

  • Plan & Conduct monthly Hygiene of all employees' accommodation.

  • Conduct the product quality audit in branches as per schedule.

  • Manage and maintain food safety documentation &records.

  • Conduct the pre-opening of the new branches & installation of chemicals dispenser &pest control device.

  • Responsible for proper management of pest control.
