Technical Support Engineer

Saudi - Al Damam

An industry-leading company in software development is looking for tech. support engineers.

Duties :

  • To be able to learn and manage several internal systems professionally.
  • To be able to teach, explain, and troubleshoot some software applications to customers either face-to-face or remotely.
  • To receive customers' requests and complaints and either solve them on spot or direct the request to the correct department/ Branch.
  • To report any issues/ bugs found on any of the systems and follow the ticket until resolved.
  • Follow company policy in task handling, inter-department requests, and escalations.
  • To be able to manage time and tasks and prioritize properly to achieve the highest level of efficiency. 

Skills

  • IT background is a must.
  • Perfect command of English language is a must.
  • At least 2 years experience in an IT-related field.
  • High communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in any customer-care-related job is extra.
  • Experience in handling navigation systems, maps, reports are extra.
