An industry-leading company in software development is looking for tech. support engineers.
Duties :
- To be able to learn and manage several internal systems professionally.
- To be able to teach, explain, and troubleshoot some software applications to customers either face-to-face or remotely.
- To receive customers' requests and complaints and either solve them on spot or direct the request to the correct department/ Branch.
- To report any issues/ bugs found on any of the systems and follow the ticket until resolved.
- Follow company policy in task handling, inter-department requests, and escalations.
- To be able to manage time and tasks and prioritize properly to achieve the highest level of efficiency.
Skills :
- IT background is a must.
- Perfect command of English language is a must.
- At least 2 years experience in an IT-related field.
- High communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in any customer-care-related job is extra.
- Experience in handling navigation systems, maps, reports are extra.
