  • Supervise the HR Processes such as (Recruitment and selection, Manpower Plan and Budget, Organization Manual) and Serve on committees and teams as department representative.

  • Responsible to meet department productivity and quality goals.

  • Analyze, modify and Develop Plans and Methods to improve the operating quality and efficiency of HR policies, procedures, practices, and recommend changes to management to establish fairness, best practices, competitiveness and to ensure compliance with legal requirements.

  • Prepares and submits annual manpower plans

  • Conduct interviews, hire new staff, provide employee orientation and Coaching.

  • Assist staff to resolve complex or out of policy operation problems.

  • Working closely with departments, increasingly in a consultancy role, Communicating with other Supervisors and Managers and assisting them to understand and implement policies and procedures.

  • Develop, implement, communicate and maintain department quality plans/QMS Processes to bring the Department’s Quality Systems and Policies in compliance with TQM system requirements including arrangement of QMS review meeting on planned intervals to ensure the effective implementation of systems.

  •  Ensuring compliance with national and international standards and legislation.

  • Monitoring performance of all members of department on documented system adherence and gathering relevant data and producing statistical reports for department quality meetings.

  • Identifying relevant quality-related training needs and delivering/arranging training as appropriate.

  • Carry out and arrange for all Ministry of Government platforms Activities by updating & maintaining records of all duties.

  • Facilitate for Company Cars Arrangements by negotiating and finalizing for the proper car rental/leasing contracts’ terms and coordinating for issuing cars to the concern employees/visitors.
