Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Management of the scheduling process for candidate interviews with recruiters and hiring managers, including distribution of interview schedules and evaluations.
- Become highly proficient with the applicant tracking system (Taleo) and fully utilize, update and maintain requisition and candidate activity to ensure OFCCP compliance.
- Prepare offer letters and send new hire documentation.
- Audit and process candidate expenses.
- Initiate and assist in the review of background investigations.
- Regularly support and back up team members.
- Coordinate candidate travel arrangements, when applicable.
- Promote a positive candidate experience.
- Train new team members and be available for questions; update training materials.
- Additional duties/projects as required.
Requirements
- 2+ years of related business experience; preferably within a professional services firm or similar environment
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited lege/university
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook
- Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and work autonomously
- Experience using social media tools and internet-based systems
- Ability to prioritise multiple projects, strong organisational skills and extreme attention to detail
