Hiring Recruitment Officer

Saudi - Riyadh

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Management of the scheduling process for candidate interviews with recruiters and hiring managers, including distribution of interview schedules and evaluations.
  • Become highly proficient with the applicant tracking system (Taleo) and fully utilize, update and maintain requisition and candidate activity to ensure OFCCP compliance.
  • Prepare offer letters and send new hire documentation.
  • Audit and process candidate expenses.
  • Initiate and assist in the review of background investigations.
  • Regularly support and back up team members.
  • Coordinate candidate travel arrangements, when applicable.
  • Promote a positive candidate experience.
  • Train new team members and be available for questions; update training materials.
  • Additional duties/projects as required.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of related business experience; preferably within a professional services firm or similar environment
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited lege/university
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook
  • Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and work autonomously
  • Experience using social media tools and internet-based systems
  • Ability to prioritise multiple projects, strong organisational skills and extreme attention to detail
  • High energy, enthusiasm and an entrepreneurial spirit!
  • Creativity, self-confidence, and flexibility
  • Sponsorship transfer required
