We are looking for Saudi female Store Manager to work for worldwide fashion brands stores in Riyadh, Jeddah and Dammam to manage the daily operation of the store, including sales, customer service, operations and administration, communication and merchandising.

• Responsibilities:

  • Drive and maximize the sales and profitability of the store to achieve targeted growth.
  • Communicate with clients and evaluate their needs, request and complains.
  • Manage employee schedules and ensure attendance and punctuality policies are upheld.
  • Maintain operational processes and best practices including store opening and closing procedures,
    inventory management, shipping, returns, etc.
  • Provide consistent coaching on sales, product and client training in order to ensure the highest level
    of customer service and sales.
  • Analyze and interpret retail data, like revenues and rankings.
  • Evaluate employee performance and identify hiring and training needs.
  • Provide induction and training for all new employees.
  • Support and guide merchandisers, coordination of goods according to rankings and best-sellers list.
    Perform other related duties as required.

  Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline.
  • Preferably 1-2 years of retail management or comparable experience.
  • Very good command of written and spoken English.
  • Knowledge about fashion and the latest trends is a big plus.
  • Solid computer skills including a good command of Microsoft office.
  • Exceptional customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Hands-on management and coaching, with a willingness to be both a leader and a role model.
