 Bachelor in Engineering

:Experience

+ 6 years total Experience

 (3Years' experience as Senior Engineer and additionally minimum 3 to 4 years' experience in Field projects execution).

:SKILLS

• Good communication skills: Project Leads need to be able to communicate clearly with supervisors, clients, and managements to avoid information wrongly understood

 • Ability to solve problem: The Project Leads must be able to resolve issues with his/her workers on the site and get all parties satisfied, and to work together for the interest of the company.

 • Possess the ability to motivate supervisors, workers on site especially when the work is challenging and the pressure is high on workers to deliver

 • Must be a team leader: The Project Lead must have a great deal of team leadership skills to be able to keep the supervisors or workers focused on the job and to increase their efficiency to deliver the project within the deadline given

 • Possess commercial awareness skills.

 • Saudi Driving License

•Communication Skills, Strong Technical and construction Knowledge, Good

 Computer Knowledge. 

1.To understand the complete scope of work as per the contract, specification and associated international standards for efficient execution of the project.

2.Make overall schedule/plan for timely achieving the project milestones.

3.Prepare and update the Project Planning files like progress report, cost plan, invoice plan, cash flow on monthly basis.

 4.Keep an eye on expenditure to avoid spending more than is budgeted for; also ensure the capital allotted for project is enough to complete it as earlier discussed with the client. Monitor the Plan Vs Actual project status and further reporting to Department Manager or Department Operation on monthly basis.

5.Prepare, submit and follow up of 'Material / Service Request ' with department admin and procurement as per project plan, needs and budget in order to achieve the project progress on time.

6.Coordinate with Procurement and department manager for the material planning, procurement and site delivery for on time project execution as per plan. The material requirement shall be as per the project nature and in agreement with client and contract documents.

7.Coordinate with department operation to arrange the availability/mobility of team.

 8.To coordinate with Project Admin and asset controller for arranging the availability/mobility of equipment's, Site access, permits and project ID's for the restricted areas.

 9.To coordinate with admin and finance for the financial requirements at site.

10.To record and expedite the daily/weekly/monthly progress at site.

11.Attend the technical and progress meetings at site with client.

12.Facilitate the supervisors and site team in execution of their activities.

13.Supervise sites or workers if require during high peak season and make sure they are well engaged and not distracted during work periods

 14.Make sure that basic needs like accommodation, temporary office, suitable area for lunch, and toilet for workers and other project staff as per the project nature, duration and agreement with client are available at site.
