Building Project Manager

We have a job vacancy for the position of Building Project Manager for a contracting company according to the following tasks and responsibilities:

• Site Management: Full field supervision of construction and building sites, and directing technical teams and labor to complete the work.
• Execution of Plans: Converting engineering plans (architectural, structural, etc.) into executive reality with high accuracy and quality.
• Targets: Setting targets for completing work according to specific costs and budgets, and monitoring execution and actual costs.
• Controlling financial costs of projects, approving contractor payment certificates after reviewing and auditing the executed work, and controlling expenditure items.
• Schedules: Monitoring daily and weekly workflow plans and ensuring the delivery of stages on time.
• Material Monitoring: Supervising the supply of building materials, ensuring they match the approved technical specifications, and managing site inventory.
• Occupational Safety: Implementing and maintaining strict occupational health and safety requirements within the work environment to protect individuals and property.

Requirements

-        Academic Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering

-        Work Experience: At least 7 years of experience in executing and managing construction sites and building residential and commercial complexes.

-        Skills: A firm leadership personality, high skill in field problem-solving, and the ability to direct subcontractors.
