About the Role

Al Madina Construction Contracting Company is looking for a Project Management Director to join its team in Abha, Asir. The incumbent of this role is responsible for the general supervision of project and program management activities, following up on the development of execution plans, and monitoring work progress to ensure the achievement of established objectives within the allocated timelines and budgets.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

• Supervise the development and implementation of project and program plans, and direct the processes of budget estimation and the determination of human, technical, and equipment requirements, while ensuring they are provided in a timely manner and within the estimated cost.
• Oversee the identification of project assumptions and interdependencies with other projects and programs to ensure optimal resource utilization, and identify project risks and establish the necessary steps to avoid and resolve them.
• Coordinate with the project team to review completed work and remaining phases, ensure compliance with the project scope, approved project management standards, and quality specifications, and manage change processes according to established plans.
• Coordinate and follow up on the completion of major project milestones and the closure process, evaluate the level of achievement of project outputs in relation to its objectives, and ensure the transfer of knowledge and expertise and the documentation of project-related documents, templates, and reports.
• Supervise the preparation of project progress reports, challenge and risk management reports, and periodic performance indicator and success factor measurement reports, and submit them to the concerned parties and senior management.

Experience Requirements

• 5 to 10 years of practical experience in project management.
