Job Purpose:

Lead the company's real estate investment, development, and asset management activities, maximizing portfolio value, investment returns, and long-term growth across residential, commercial, and mixed-use properties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the acquisition, development, and disposal of real estate assets in line with the company's investment strategy.
• Identify and evaluate real estate investment opportunities, land acquisitions, development projects, and joint ventures.
• Oversee the full real estate development lifecycle, including feasibility studies, land planning, design, construction, leasing, and project delivery.
• Manage the company's real estate portfolio to maximize asset value, occupancy rates, rental income, and return on investment.
• Evaluate project feasibility, market demand, property valuations, investment risks, and financial returns.
• Oversee property and asset management operations, ensuring cost efficiency and optimal portfolio performance.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; a postgraduate qualification is preferred.
• Extensive executive leadership experience within real estate investment, development, or property management.
• Proven track record in real estate acquisitions, development projects, and portfolio management.
• Strong expertise in real estate feasibility studies, financial modeling, asset valuation, and investment analysis.
