We are seeking an experienced Senior Mechanical Engineer to join a major data centre project located east of Riyadh. The role will be responsible for overseeing mechanical design, installation, and commissioning activities, ensuring all works meet project specifications, international standards, and client requirements.
Responsibilities
- Oversee mechanical works including HVAC, chilled water systems, plumbing, fire protection, and associated utilities
- Review and manage mechanical design drawings, calculations, and technical submittals
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and other engineering disciplines
- Monitor site installation works to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards
- Support testing, commissioning, and handover of mechanical systems
- Identify and resolve technical issues and site coordination challenges
- Ensure adherence to project schedules, safety requirements, and quality objectives
- Prepare technical reports and provide engineering support to the project team
Qualifications
- Minimum 12+ years of experience, with proven senior-level responsibility on large-scale construction projects
- Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) registration – mandatory
- Experience on data centre, industrial, or mission‑critical facilities is highly preferred
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems relevant to data centres (HVAC, cooling, fire protection, etc.)
- Familiarity with international codes and standards (ASHRAE, NFPA, etc.)
- Strong coordination, leadership, and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced site environment

نحن نبحث عن مهندس ميكانيكي أول ذو خبرة للانضمام إلى مشروع كبير لمراكز البيانات يقع شرق الرياض. سيكون مسؤولاً عن الإشراف على أعمال التصميم الميكانيكي والتركيب وأنشطة التشغيل والاختبار، وضمان استيفاء جميع الأعمال لمواصفات المشروع والمعايير الدولية ومتطلبات العميل.
المسؤوليات
- الإشراف على الأعمال الميكانيكية بما في ذلك التدفئة والتهوية وتكييف الهواء (HVAC)، وأنظمة المياه المبردة، والسباكة، والحماية من الحريق، والمرافق ذات الصلة
- مراجعة وإدارة مخططات التصميم الميكانيكي والحسابات والتقديمات الفنية
- التنسيق مع المقاولين والاستشاريين والتخصصات الهندسية الأخرى
- متابعة أعمال التركيبات في الموقع لضمان التوافق مع المخططات المعتمدة والمواصفات ومعايير الجودة
- دعم عمليات الاختبار والتشغيل والتسليم للأنظمة الميكانيكية
- تحديد المشكلات الفنية وتحديات التنسيق في الموقع وحلها
- الالتزام بالجداول الزمنية للمشروع ومتطلبات السلامة وأهداف الجودة
- إعداد التقارير الفنية تقديم الدعم الهندسي لفريق المشروع
المؤهلات
- خبرة لا تقل عن 12 عاماً، مع مسؤولية مثبتة على مستوى كبار المهندسين في مشاريع التشييد ضخمة
- التسجيل في الهيئة السعودية للمهندسين (SCE) – إلزامي
- يُفضل بقوة وجود خبرة في مراكز البيانات، أو المنشآت الصناعية، أو المنشآت الحيوية/الحرجة (mission-critical)
- معرفة قوية بالأنظمة الميكانيكية المتعلقة بمراكز البيانات (التدفئة والتهوية وتكييف الهواء، التبريد، الحماية من الحريق، إلخ)
- الإلمام بالأكواد والمعايير الدولية (ASHRAE, NFPA, إلخ)
- مهارات عالية في التنسيق والقيادة والتواصل
- القدرة على العمل بفعالية في بيئة موقع سريعة الوتيرة
